Free shipping on orders above £39.9. No minimum purchase.
We currently accept PayPal payments.
Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, we will still process orders in default British Pounds (GBP).
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)
Handling time: 3 – 5 business days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Shipping time refers to the duration from when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address.
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 10~14 business days for any order, free of charge.Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Who pays the import Tax and VAT?
In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Please be aware that each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before the import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you belong to the European Union, Canada, and the United States, we will ship by UPS/FedEx/USPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. (Our freight forwarder will pay your import duties)

Special attention: Please choose standard shipping channels for Britain, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary, otherwise the customs may impose expensive import duties.
